the furtre is almost here

I just read Mr. Fish's blog "H1N1,skype and Possible Tipping Point"in the article he talks about, a teacher who is using Skype. Too stay in contact with their students well the student is sick. I think this is interesting because if my teachers would have mentioned this option, I would have very little makeup work but oh well but it is another example of the technology increase in todays age. What does this show? You may ask it shows what we keep hearing in English that technology is farther along than we thought, if we are able community with people face to face around the world in the comforter living room, type with no hands (which is what I am doing right now) ,and up date are Facebook all at the same time. How far have technology really advanced? I mean when you are little think that it be cool to call somebody and be able to see them while you're talking to them but now 10 years later you can. So I'm trying to say is the Future is now.

hybrid school vs. pulic school

I had just reader Mr. Fisch blog called"A Low-Fidelity Education?"which talked about how Americans prefer items to be more accessible and he put in the context school about the idea school all online versus public school. The way I comprehend , mr. Fisch idea was that he said soon the school online well be able to surpass the public schools which I think it would in some ways and in some ways not for instance you could pull your papers in digital files just pull them out when you need them to make my high school life easier, especially no getting paper lost. Kids would also probably do better in class without all the distractions of peers but that's also a bad thing I met a kid who was homeschooled until he was in sixth grade was a very social it might have something with always staying with the same people everyday. And for me personally a issue is it hard to focus at home but it'll probably been better no sick days I can pick my classes at times that works for me so it might work for most people.

Bee's are being grown in cities

I just read a interesting article about bee's being grown in pairs.I thought it was weird how the beast seem not to be is dying as much in the city versus, the countryside.Which makes me think that's the Cause that is killing all of the bee's is not in the city, but rather in the countryside. So I think that we can test the bees are dying colonyand the bees in a healthy colony and see what the differences are.I also found it interesting in the article "Paris rooftops abuzz with beekeeping" by Francois Mori That it shows that the ones in Franc produce more honey at least five times more than the countryside. Which might means the flowers in the city might have something inthem that give the bees a chance to fight the disease that's killing them. But other reasons is that pesticides is outlawed in France so the bee's have less chance of dying.

That video i watched "machines are using us" was very interesting it talked about the Internet and its many uses. Like the fact that anyone can edit. I felt very interesting how he set the machine are learning from us. And how we are the machines. It makes you think, about how much of the unit you're not using like for instance I've never went to an audience for anyone to look at and tell now. Because technology is becoming more and more advanced soon everyone will be doing this. I guess is what they mean by Web 2.0 because anyone can comment. Which gives everyone a voice for better or worse.

I also read this article about how young people today up writing more than any previous generations it said that all those Facebook, twitter, texting and blogging really add up. Really taking advantage of Web 2.0. Of course someone adults believes that by doing that is taking away our ability to spell punctually correctly and add detail. But they of course did not read this article or watch "the machines are using us" and will probably never read this blog or any of others like this. It just shows that the pencil and paper are becoming obsolete. This proves that shift happens.
